In Congress Leader RPN Singh’s Twitter Bio, Big Hint Of Move To BJP

RPN Singh, a former Union Minister, was the Congress’s Jharkhand in-charge.
Senior Congress leader RPN Singh has dropped Congress from his Twitter bio amid reports that he will switch to the BJP ahead of the Uttar Pradesh election next month.
RPN Singh, a former Union Minister, was the Congress’s Jharkhand in-charge.
“My motto India, First, Always,” reads his bio, which earlier said AICC (All India Congress Committee) in-charge.
RPN Singh was an MP from the Padrauna constituency of Uttar Pradesh between 1996 and 2009. He later won the Lok Sabha election.
His exit will be a huge blow for the Congress in Uttar Pradesh, where Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is heading the party’s campaign.
Last year, the Congress lost Jitin Prasada, another former Rahul Gandhi aide. He joined the BJP and later became a minister in the Uttar Pradesh government led by Yogi Adityanath.
